Frequently Asked Questions

How did Two Fillies start?

I've always wanted my own business I just never knew what is was going to be. I started seeing pictures of converted horse trailer's and started to obsess over them. Finally one day I decided I was going to find a trailer and start a mobile bar. Two weeks later I bought a trailer then traded in my vehicle for one that could actually tow! Having the trailer has been so much fun and  I love being apart of my clients celebrations!

Where are you located?

Two fillies is located in South Bend IN.

Do you supply the alcohol or a bartender?

I am a dry bar for hire, which means by law I cannot buy alcohol for your event. I can help you calculate what you will need to purchase. Garnishes, Ice and plastic glassware will be provided. A bartender will be provided.

Are you insured and permitted?

I have general liability insurance and liquor liability coverage.

What is the technical requirements?

The bar requires an open area about 10' x 14' x 10' high, plus a little more to give your guests extra space to socialize.  The space needs to be a flat area with clear access for set up, service, and breakdown.

The bar requires one standard outlet, within 150' feet.  However, if your event is somewhere without electricity or your event requires the bar to have more power, I do have a generator you can rent!

What is your payment and refund policy?

I require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit will be required to hold your date, (usually 10-25% of the total) but this can vary depending on the date and type of event.

The balance is due upon installation of the trailer or as noted in your contract.

How far in advance should I book?

As the saying goes, the earlier the better.

Is there a rain date policy?

Due to our advanced booking, we are unable to accomodate rain dates.
